Description

Vacuum mixer produces evenly mixed and bubble-free processed meats with perfect elasticity.

·Stainless steel structure makes durable operation and effortless cleaning.

·The meats can be mixed under vacuum condition, and the vacuum degree can be set up to reach required mixing effects,

·Parallel double shafts are designed, oblique vanes and helically propelling mixing rings are fixed.( III without helically propelling mixing rings).

·Mixing period ,interval period and mix program can be set up through PLC and touch screen..

·TypeI and type III adopt electric control. Type II and type four adopt touch screen and PLC.

·Type III and type four mix with nitrogen added.
